A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations, including while your account is frozen.

By opting to freeze your account or membership, you can maintain the frozen status for as long as you desire, ensuring that you retain your existing membership pricing upon unfreezing. While your account is frozen, a monthly fee of $5.00 will be charged to your electronic funds transfer (EFT) account.
